What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above Rs. 800, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 149 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 800. For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 7,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 700 (~ USD 10); orders under INR 21,000 (approx. USD 300) are charged INR 1400 (approx. USD 20) and orders above INR 21,000 are shipped free.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-4 days for domestic orders and 5-7 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
